Besides the expert knowledge and qualifications, we expect independent thinking and working as well as flexibility, devotion and a high level of team spirit is equally high important. Since the team of Kverneland Group is operating globally, foreign languages (English, German, French) would be an asset.

About the selection process
You have the possibility to get an extensive overview of our company on our website.

Under the tab Job vacancies you will find all current vacancies. Of course we are delighted to receive an open application if your work profile currently does not fit the requirements of the offered position.

After a pre selection you will receive a feedback about your application and possibly an invitation for an interview or an assessment. Referee comments and an (online) pre-employment Personality Assessment may be a part of the selection and assessment process of Kverneland Group and are used to supplement the final selection decision.

In the final stage of the selection process applicants are to provide the names and contact details of two referees who can provide comments on their work performance against the selection criteria; ideally, one referee should be your current, immediate supervisor. We look forward to your application!
